I just would love some help to get notifications to my phone when a new event happens. ( turned on in settings on my iPhone) even go into Events and it says no new events even though we have walked in front of the camera. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Would love a feature where you can group cameras together. So if one triggers from motion, you can activate multiple cameras to begin recording at once. To capture a larger area of certain cameras donāt pick up the movement.

I hope the new thing is that I can see more than one camera at the same time, four cameras or two on one screen.

If I had known how limited the detection footage is & that it doesnāt have 24/7 recordings saving to home base, I never would have purchased this horrific nightmare they call security cameras with local storage. How does ālocal storageā make my data go from 20GB/month to 240GB/month? Alsoā¦ the systems susceptibility to WiFi jammers, easy hackability, perpetrators deleting footage. This system only works if the criminals are stupid & donāt care if they are recorded. It takes more than 30 days to find locations for placement, install, configure & learn the app. Then when when people break in every time you leave but your cameras show nothing the cops think you are an idiot or delusional whack job. Thanks to eufy! When I am dead, your worthless cameras will be there but wonāt do any good nor do they help me sleep at night as. Biggest waste of money ever. I was able to return the ones I got from Costco, too bad I spent 3x more directly from Eufy. Had I known I only had 30 days to find out they are worthless & are more easily compromised than anything I have ever seen before, iādāve never bought them. Not happy at all. Poorest excuse for camera surveillance ever.
Hope encryption is able to be removed? Because thats INSANELY slow.
What is this red sign there on this portal? Is there an app update available? If it is coming sometime in future then please do not put red sign now.

Please think very carefully about this I have only just managed to get it to work for me this current app has been difficult so please make sure you donāt ruin it with a new app thatās pointless,
Can you work on extending the doorbell battery life. 9 days is pretty crap.
Better alerting system with email alerts and thumbnail photos.

My Eufy 4 camera system works fine I feel that change is only good if it improves things 
It may Not and as a Pensioner any fees would definitely hurt my budgeting 
I also fitted the same system to my oldest daughters house after she lost herHusband in a car accident and is raising 2 daughters of her own ,Please ,Yes improve if you need but keep costs at the purchase end Regards M Tanks
All I would love to see is faster app load times. Especially when loading footage from notifications about recent detections.
Apps ! I have had a broken camera for 6 weeks and eufy hasnāt done anything about it . Useless company . Constant communication. Between jbhifi and eufy and no solution . Jb has been awesome eufy a bunch of muppets

Iām having so many problems with the current version of the app taking over my settings at night time. My normal settings are for human and vehicle only during the night everything sets it off bushes moving raindrops at night time. Itās just so useless. Why canāt I use my normal settings of human and vehicle during the night time as well?
Thatās the only reason I went with eufy as well I used to have a ring camera before which Iāve still got and I will revert back to if they start charging.
