📣 Security App Upgrade Notice

My app no longer saves any of the history, hopefully upgrading will fix this

Hoping that it will be easier to delete footage in one go rather than having to go into each day & deleting that way. Hoping to delete at least weekly or monthly in one go would be amazing!

Excuse my ignorance but how do I stop notifications whilst I am at home?

App and all device upgrade went smoothly.

Will the update help keep me connected to my Wi-Fi?

Will it replace and combine the light control and security app or at least allow for adding lighting devices into the security app for a unified experience?

i have a ladder that Eufy thinks is a person. The ladder doesn’t move but keeps being picked up as an intruder

It just will not show the camera ( 2 C210’s and an S380 Home Base) on the Eufy Web page.
Seemed to log in OK, but is just sits on “Connecting Secure Channel”
Will try again after awhile!

I would like to see the automation section developed to the point where

  1. More options to create rules, specifically trigger events based on time
  2. SMS is sent on rule violation.
  3. More Integration with Alexa voice Commands

On Events captured

  1. Allow filtering of clips recorded based on date and time range
  2. Give notification to user when storage is almost at capacity.
  3. Allow deleting video clips based on dates/ event detection categories eg human/pets/cars etc

I had the 2 way speaking abilities via the mic, but now a days I don’t see that icon anymore. Any idea is it becoz of the upgrade ?

Let’s hope not because if they do I know I will stop using them and destroy them rather than sell them. Don’t want someone else burdened with monthly fees

I have the same issue it’s does get frustrating at times

I have a problem with eufy doorbell in speaker when using it with Amazon echo hub I can’t hearing voice through doorbell from echo and trying every thing but didn’t solve

The entire “training” aspect is kinda wonky… doorbell mostly recognizes tires n hubcaps —that’s a training issue but I don’t think the doorbell is paying attention. Many people have reported similar experiences.
