My camera shows me notifications but if I don’t check them immediately, no evidence is saved on my home based!! this is a big bug

Please fix this app and whatever you messed up a year ago with the human detection. I get pictures of my car’s rear wheel all day everyday which the AI thinks is a human head. I have tried excluding it in the detection zone, but that leaves a large blind spot.
My camera keeps missing human detection and won’t record at times

We are transitioning from Blink to these . I hope I got here at the right time.
Think the whole system is broken even worse when you brought in then 2 weeks later it’s not working properly when someone is trying to break into your house at 3am in morning with your kids asleep and your a single mum
Hopefully you can see all cameras at ones and they actually pick up mention like they are meant to that would be good cause mine just seem to be a feature on the house. And let people in the yard to try break in at 3am in the morning
I would love to be able to readjust my camera feeds how I want instead of the newest camera on top…
24/7 would be great might have stopped people setting their 24/7 swann cameras back up that are more reliable that send notifications to your phone on motion that is free. And you have the home back up storage as well. And not have to pay for it . Why did I go to eufy it was a huge mistake they don’t even pic up as much as my 24/7 motion do they miss the stuff like when people are trying to break into my house sure send me a notification when his already at the back door near my children not out the front near me where I can get him.

I changed all my cameras from Ring to Eufy due to the on going cost. The salesman used this as a selling point.
I have my camera set on human and vehicles the motion goes of on my dog 
that is pissing me of also the camera takes forever to load sometimes buffering like carzy hopefully the new upgrade works better
