I agree we need an Apple TV app. I don’t care that there’s HomeKit available for people but i have 20+ cameras that are not HomeKit compatible. We need an Apple TV app quite simple just make it.

i hope to there are some visual updates! i wish we could see when a video has been viewed — the blink app has this and i miss it so much!
it’d also be nice if there was a manual custom tagging system that was visible to all users. i want to be able to create tags (like “Important”, “Delivery”, “Watch later”, “Sadie” (pet’s name), “Saved”, etc) and have that tag be visible to everyone who has access to the camera. then you could filter by that tag name too.
i use these cameras for an animal rescue shelter to monitor the animals. since the AI can’t distinguish between animals, i want to be able to tag each video with their names and any important details we track (like “Sleeping”, “Injury”, “Breakfast”, “Medicine”, “Adult”, etc).

There are some coding through which We can use your S330 Lock on Apple Homekit - If you can enable on your own would be genuine and helpful for the most expensive lock in the market.
Updating Apps UI is a good NEWS because the current app Sucks alot!

Is there a way to be able to view the video on A Laptop?
That would be awesome and then We could archive videos and catalog them!
A Windows AND Mac OS ( Mac compatible with at least Catalina OS) would be Awesome!!!

I have both lock and doorbell which are working great, with upgrades usually come problems more is not better. Hopefully ww wont have issues

Would be great if you improved the cameras with HomeKit compatibility! The compatibility issues persist and the overall experience sucks! Plus the cameras video quality are not great specially on foggy days, I’m having several issues with humidity inside the lenses! This is brand new 2k cameras, disappointing!!! Moving to another brand/system!

Got one for Christmas, installed but terrible connection (Fiberop), constantly dropping connections and though it’s hard wired, won’t work unless full charge. Looks like I’m returning to Costco unless you “upgrade” fixes these issues.

Hope there are more granular settings for motion detection. I stay in an apartment and anyone passing by in the gallery is picked up and the gallery in the building isn’t that wide to avoid any and everyone passing by the door.
