When is the update

All variety of eufy cameras keep freezing or loading up long times then lock up must restart cameras all the time

One feature I hope to have is to be able to view multiple live streams simultaneously. At the moment we always have to close a camera to be to view another which is so thing of the past.

Being able to stream cameras and get notifications even without internet connection as long as connected on same network or router as homebase will be a trick that will set the bar so high for any other company to beat at this time. I believe it’s a feat that is achievable.

Trust me Eufy is not a garbage. Perhaps you doing something right. Pls get customer support and give them a chance

If this ever gets were we have to pay to use own cameras I will lawfully sacrifice my to make new firmware were ai and recs are free… :joy: dead ass…

The only thing that’s going to happen and change is they are going to move the eufy security app and eufy home app into one application instead of having multiple apps, that’s all nothing else feauture wise.

Can something be done about the several second lag? To get notifications after the fact, kind of defeats the purpose of a security system, IMO.

Ours are doing exactly that now as well. Notifications turned on with all settings to pick up motion but it won’t notify or record now. No events either now for a couple days.

Too much delay between the ring and the time the app shows what’s going on. You need to improve this. Too many false alarms depending on trees, sun position, clouds, … etc. Even the optimal Zone and medium sencetivity is established.
And don’t do subscription fees as other company did. Your doorbell camera still have to much mulfunctions ( at least in my case).And the only reason I keep it - free stuff. You’ll loose many customers with potential subscription.

Well… The last upgrade messed up my cams leading to a long drawn out headache as usual with CS until they agreed to send me an install for the older version. Hopefully that won’t be the case again but if it is, it’ll make the switch to reolink that much more desirable.

Not working since update. Just a black screen !! Not happy

I look forward to better video detection (i.e. not getting notifications for bugs/trees blowing in the wind/leaves falling or blowing around/Snowflakes and rain drops falling), the ability to bookmark videos or tag them so I can easily see where I left off or find specific videos, ability to see which videos I have already watched partially or fully and even a reminder label date of the oldest video in my SD card so I don’t have to physically scroll back to see how far my camera recordings go back and it would prompt me to download before those dates were written back over again with new videos. I’d also like for when multiple moving creatures or people are in the frame, for the camera to point and shoot focusing on the center mass of all the animals or people in the frame (especially when most fit in one frame) rather than shaking back and forth like a disagreeing head making it difficult to look at or focus on anything in the recording. There have been times I have been working in my garden bed just out of view (the camera is suppose to move if it detects noise to this spot and also to monitor these zones and often much is missed completely. I still love my cameras. I love they aren’t subscription based and that is what brought me to Euphy: internal storage on my own SD card only and tirelessly download to my own phone if I would like. Thank you Euphy!

Not happy with my device at all lately picks up movement in one direction but not the other

I’m hoping that they make it so the wired wall light colors can be sinked. I have 5 and I hate having to go into each one and chore colors for the holidays so they match.
