I have used ring before and this is first time on eufy. I have noticed ring detects motion quicker than eufy. I hope you guys can fix it issue there is a 2 sec delay atm. We would love to see this fixed.

new update broke activity zones again happens everytime they update, camera now off as its of no use

They stuffed it up so many bad reviews!

You can adjust in settings mine records for 75 sec or when person no longer in view

Last January my door cam recorded a ghost, opened my door and he jumped onto my front garden when he saw recycling van… only five of us saw the footage… baffled at the time… auto deletes after time… no footprints, just freaky… any other Caspers on your door cams?

My notifications says motion detected but won’t show where

I can no longer answer my doorbell when I am away from home - I can’t get a connection room. The very reason I had this installed. I hear the ring, but can’t do anything about it or see anything. Any ideas?

I won’t upgrade until my phone won’t work with the camera. That’s what happened with my garage door app.

Why do I have to accept your terms every time I open your new app?

Mine too. This has only happened since the Christmas update. My cameras are set to human detection only during the day but now I’m getting a ridiculous amount of notifications that someone has been spotted when it’s just a car driving by. And the human it spotted is the flower pot. What’s even worse is it’s not picking up actual humans making deliveries. I can’t keep the cameras on with all these false alarms.

Will we be notified when the app will be upgraded.

I want scrubbing and longer recording times. Also yes and car wheels are picked up as humans. Wi-fi discounting issues too. Plus i hate that i have to scan QR code to change the Wi-Fi network or password.

Pick up a lot slower this hasn’t made it better.

Remember the backlash when Sonos effectively ā€œbrickedā€ their products - it would be on that scale.
