Great product, no monthy bills. However, the sound of the alarm is a complete joke. Please get this fixed or make a Homebase that can be much louder and offer big dicounts to those who already spent a fortune on the system.
If there was so many complaints about the currant app, show them to us???
Otherwise stop over thinking this app
I was out of town and my cameras went offline. I had to remove them to get them to come back on. The whole time I was gone I could not pick up nothing. This was totally unacceptable.

We have so much trouble with the doorbell. Sick of resetting it. Only works when it wants to. Very disappointing
We hope something happens soon any phone states I have 828 events and upon checking, the events actually captured are 3 or 4. Not sure what’s happening there.
Please do not mess with what works well. Within your industry, there was one company that “improved customer experience” and caused hardware to malfunction. Plus all working features disappeared. Hope the update will be successful
No subscription was the deciding factor of why I bought this camera system… there’s a few other companies that offer subscription free service now.
how do u resolve the issue of not getting events for the day
Never had my cameras work properly don’t do Ai tracking where once it did not at all happy as very unreliable
What is the correct app to install for the new eufy security system…is the homebase 3 a different app or same as in SFide wired cameras? Is homebase hard to configure for IOS 18,(latest update) ?
I’m disconnected completely from my cameras and appreciate any feedback from anyone who has experienced this issue or knows how to do this properly! Thank you for your help ahead of time!
