Yeah not sure why the indoor pan and tilt AI isn’t working I didn’t check until you just mentioned it I just assumed it was. Mine is set up looking at a fish tank i was just happy it was storing videos on the homebase. but the update does say ai I’ll try to show a screenshot. The camera name is Eva.
Can you post a picture showing it in your list of automated features as a trigger or action…?

Not sure what you want a screenshot of but I did mention that the AI function isn’t listed under my settings either so I’m not sure what they’re talking about. I looked this morning even under home base options and that camera wasn’t listed yet sorry

Top right corner of camera settings in the app for each camera is a on/ off slider

Here is a screenshot of the “Settings page” for our Eufy C220. As you can plainly see, there is “NO” on/off switch there. All 16 of our other Eufy cameras have the on/off switch located on the “Settings page” but all the other Eufy Cameras are different models. Seems the C220 forgot this option within the software. Looking forward to any additional help you can provide.

What is the eye symbol in the top right corner? I have the app on a phone not a laptop don’t know why that would make a difference

Do you have a list of automated functions of triggers and actions…?
If you touch the “eye” symbol, a message box pops up and asks “Do you want to switch to Privacy Mode? Which will also disable recording and streaming functionality
Okay ele, I don’t mean to put you on the spot… But the E220 don’t really work in in the AI as far as automation feature, it’s more stand alone…
CHECK IT THOUGH… more importantly and this may help you out… you can add your automation you’d lime using these steps…
Go to security…
Hit automations…
Then my automations…
Hit your HB3 then hit OK
Then you can start your automation feature functions…
there your list and options should look like this…
Of course it will disable those functions the camera is off privacy mode is just another way to say off ones you turn the privacy mode back off it will turn it on the camera and those functions.
Lad i think we got 2 different conversations going on here at the same time. I do realize now that ai doesn’t work for that camera even though my update said it would but i don’t care about AI on that camera it was someone else. I have been also commenting to someone else about how to turn off their c220 but thank you for the info about automation settings

Yeah, prob… if you have an HB2 that have a few devices hooked up to it… You can program it to… Like door bells and stuff…
When I had my package stocker coming around, I set the door bell to set alarm off on my HB2… I was trying to catch him the act right… 
Anyways, good luck with your security systems, and may they catch all the crooks that come around your property…
General, if you read this… those home alarm systems are kind of a waist of money, since you can pretty much set your camras to do the same thing … aside from door sensors that is… but thet to can be set within the setting of the HB…
