Have you managed to connect your C220 to the Homebase3
I have the 210 version which is only 1080p. I was able to connect it to my homebase yes. However it seems to have issues every once in awhile applying setting changes. For instance I was doing continuous recording and wanted to switch to event only to my home base and it didn’t seem to want to change or update the setting in the app. I have since reset and haven’t had an issue (yet). The c220 is the 2K version which I was under the impression is the newer model and should have gone with that but it was the only one available at my local store. Personally I’d probably go with another E220. Only cons I have with that model is the auto track sometimes moves toward the wall causing the IRs to act up and it does it until it resets (doesn’t detect motion). But that could also be my ceiling positioning

we cannot locate the off switch within settings on our C220. When checked: No updates available - any suggestions on how to locate the off switch within?
Love Eufy products got 14 different cameras try the e330 pro cameras if you have a place to plug it in free 24/7 recording with home base 3
I have 14 cameras and every one has the off slider top left under settings
everyone should get there water leak and freeze sensor (it’s one unit) i have them near hot water tank, boiler, and under fish tanks

Say, found that those little c210’s work better with the HB3… it parable and programmable with AI…
I love them little pan&tilts, but there more of a stand alone camera…
The pan and tilt just got a update on the app (2-14-25)now compatible with home base 3

I’ve been able to pair it with the HB3, but I haven’t been able to program it as far as the automated feature goes…
I have the the new app that automatically updates, so it’s up to date to…
I’ll remove it and repair and see if there’s any change…
Ya it shows being up to date, repaired it to the HB and still no AI… There’s no automation or facial recognition…
The only mode I can get is the home/away mode…
Looking forward to getting into the security camera. Just a eufy doorbell and robot vacuum to date.
That’s the E220 that I’m referring the C works fine…
