I have a S340 that is connected to Homebase 3. I turned the camera off for 4 hours using the app as I was working in the driveway. Device showed 100% charge at the time I turned it off and it is on the most conservative battery setting. Went back into app to turn it on and it says the S340 is offline. Checked other eufy cams by turning them off and on with success. Help article suggests plugging in for an hour and then doing the 2 second Sync hold or a 10 second Sync hold. Even after plugging in and verifying power draw (2w), the front LED shows nothing. Next instruction was to leave charging over night… again no LED being shown when plugged in. While charging, instructions said to remove from app and attempt to add back in. Again, the unit is showing no power on the LED even though it was showing 100% battery just hours before. I’ve tried all resets and after an overnight charge, still no LED on the front of the unit and no response to holding the Sync button. Feels like the device might be bricked after being turned off through the app. Looking for any other ideas to test.

Saw one last post… hold Sync for 30 seconds and that worked. This may be a bug, so turning off the status LED, which I do to draw attention to it, may add to this situation of not knowing it has rebooted.
