I’ve had my Solocam S40 beta unit for some time now and it has gradually fallen apart. First, the spotlight started to flash randomly causing the whole unit to lock up. Turning off the spotlight feature fixed the issue, even though that removes one of the best components of the camera. Now it’s died completely. I know it gets plenty of sunlight and hasn’t run out of battery, but it suddenly started showing up as offline in the app. My husband and I absolutely love this camera and are considering buying a new one, but my confidence in Eufy has started to wane over the past few months. Can anyone give me some advice?
