The c210 cameras work great,but the connection is very weak like 6kb- 250kb, even the signal shows great and very close to the HB S380. I hope eufy will fix it.

What we’ve seen is it a C210 does that, it gets progressively worse to the point it won’t stay connected for even 30 minutes.
Since Eufy doesn’t send out invoices, they won’t replace it unless you saved your order number. The app appears to have “lost” our order numbers (maybe in the app upgrade) so print out and save your order number if you didn’t buy it from Amazon, Walmart, etc.
We did have a problem where we had a dead camera and a Walmart receipr but Eufy refused to replace it anyway. We got on LinkedIn and posted the refusal and receipt on Eufy’s page. The camera got replaced probablt out of embarrassment.
Very decent camera I have 4
