c210 not record

c210 not recording and no motion alerts with HB3

I’ve tried removing the camera, SD card, HB3 off and on, camera reset and nothing will make the camera record to the HB3.

only had the camera for 2 days and it’s useless. first Eufy product not to work correctly, very disappointed

Are you able to view livestream? I would try again removing it from the app and reinstalling it as a new device. remember when installing a new device you have to be next to the home base and router

Yep live stream works fine and pan and tilt etc, just doesn’t record anything to the HB3 or to a built in SD card. Tried a few way now

Try connecting it to your home’s Wi-Fi, bypass the HB3 just to see if it will work as a standalone by itself and record onto the SD card.
If it works that way_you receive notifications and records onto SD card, then add it to the HB3.

Try removing the camera and reinstalling on the app. Usual fixes bugs like this.

I’m having c210 problems, too. Mine is connected to HB & there was a recent hb3 update… Seems to be a pattern with issues after updates…
