Are you able to view livestream? I would try again removing it from the app and reinstalling it as a new device. remember when installing a new device you have to be next to the home base and router
Try connecting it to your home’s Wi-Fi, bypass the HB3 just to see if it will work as a standalone by itself and record onto the SD card.
If it works that way_you receive notifications and records onto SD card, then add it to the HB3.
