The camera picked up the person but did not turn to center them in the view. This makes the zoom lens not see them. The camera should center the zoom lens on the human detected.

Too far away
The ai tracking likes to turn itself off sometimes randomly without you switching it. So scroll across every now and again to make sure its still on
I would check ai tracking and make sure it’s turned on… and maybe increase the motion sensitivity feature. I’m assuming that the guy is out of range though and never triggered the motion tracking on your camera, unfortunately.
