The worst customer service you’ll find! They make offers through their app, take your order and then cancel the order without telling you, leaving you waiting for your goods. Then, when you try to contact them, they keep you waiting forever, through chat or telephone and hang up on you. They say it was your fault because the payment didn’t work. This is a lie, as I made other payments on the same day without a hitch. I have been building up a set of their equipment, but given their customer service, I will replace them with another, more reputable firm.

I Totally agree and I complicated this by getting into their gift card trap and now no response. I am going to contact credit card to dispute and raise it to consumer court.
