Request for an Urgent Update for the P40i

I am using the Soundcore P40i and I really need a new firmware update.
The sound still lacks important details, and I feel the audio is not as clear or rich as it should be for this product.
There is also a cracking/popping sound that happens sometimes while listening, and it makes the experience very uncomfortable.
This issue needs to be fixed with a proper audio processing update.
I hope Soundcore releases an update soon that improves the sound details, enhances clarity, and solves the cracking issue completely.
Many users are waiting for this, and we really want to enjoy the full listening experience.
