Serious Concerns About Sound Quality – Waiting for a Real Update

I am using the Soundcore P40i, and I have to be honest: the sound quality is still very disappointing.
The audio feels weak, lacks depth, and is missing many important details that should be present in a premium product.
Every day I open the Soundcore app and the Play Store hoping for a new firmware update, but nothing is changing. I have done all the usual steps — reset, reinstall, and updates — and the problem is still the same.
I listen to music every day on my way between the bus and the factory, and all I want is to enjoy the full sound details and feel the music the way it should be.
I am not the only one who has this issue, and it’s becoming frustrating to wait this long without any improvement.
I really hope Soundcore releases a serious update soon that fixes the sound quality and gives us the experience we were promised.
