Two E340 Fllodlight Cams Offline Suddenly and Simultaneaouslu

I have two Eufy E340s that went offline suddenly and simultaneously yesterday. Support was very responsive and within five minutes of starting the discussion, they told me to send both cams back for replacement.

Suspicious- suspect they pushed an update that bricked the cameras. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Positives: Eufy is standing by their product with minimal friction. Thanks Eufy

Negative: They stated that they will send replacements 5-7 days after they receive/inspectbthe faulty units. This means I am without a functioning security system for several weeks. This is unacceptable for a company that is selling security. The replacements should be dispatched immediately with express shipping. You can do better, Eufy.

Also, what if I was out of town when this happened? Not a good scenario.
