E340 Floodlight Cam – Wi-Fi Issues After 18 Months

I’ve had two E340 units fail around the 18–19 month mark due to Wi-Fi problems. One was kindly replaced by Eufy, but the second is now acting up too. Surprising that the older E30 is priced higher and advertised as having “reliable connection,” while the E340 isn’t — and mine clearly hasn’t been. Anyone else seeing this?

I have Eufy e340 too. The best way to maintain stable WiFi connection is to connect it to 2.4 GHz frequency instead of 5G. Your router can transmit both frequencies. If you can’t find it under your WiFi available networks. You need to enter your router or modem settings and let it connect to accessories using 2.4 GHz frequency.
