Mine doesn’t always pick up people at the front door from my camera pointing down the drive

Worst system and support ever!!! EIGHTY ONE events so far today on my garage camera. 99.9% are not human and are automobiles. THREE years I’ve tried to get EUFY support to replace or repair this camera, but I get ZERO response! They cut my camera OFF on one occasion and there was vandalism in my neighborhood that day. They’ve cost me thousands of hours of my time viewing false alerts and the inability to prosecute and recover costs from vandalism.
Still trying to figure out what to do with the video doorbell, cause it doesn’t notify me if someone is at the door.
I find the doorbell camera to be amazing,It pictures up everyone that comes to my front door, I can also have it on multiple device’s which is great especially when my older kids are at home, they can just check on their phones when they hear the doorbell so they know how who’s at the door without getting up, it’s had good sound detection also ,I love mine and the battery last for a couple months before you got to charge it

Hi, unless you activate a continuous recording (but provide a storage disk accordingly), or do a continuous recording programming, the live is therefore not recorded. You can check in your history that what has been recorded. So no, the live is not recorded. (Français traduction)
Open the app as if you’re going to view today’s videos, then tap on date. It shld then display the current month’s calendar. You can then choose which day you’d like to view by tapping the date.
