Just taken delivery of a Doorbell battery 2K. It’s records movement but doesn’t allow live view? Any advice please?
The transparent lens cover came off of the doorbell camera. What can I use to reconnect?

Wait for more replies. You don’t want to use something like crazy glue or something similar cuz it will cloud up make the lens foggy.

Very disappointed with system, goes offline periodically. Some days it’s great others very frustrating. The day my house got broken in to. The system happened to be offline. Looking into other cameras.

If I wait for Eufy, people are long gone when it is notifying me. Therefore I can NEVER answer somebody before opening the door. They are gone!
For me that was the most important thing, specially when it is dark outside.

Hello. I’ve now got my system set so geofencing is working well. But on the home page it says “I’m staying” when in fact I’ve left. Should it be changing too? Thanks.
You can try turning on the snooze function for 15 mins from the app while you’re leaving.
All of these posts are in their own button category in the app, so just dont press that button?

I can’t even find the settings for this. It isn’t under the settings option. Seems like the software app for this system is difficult to navigate. I saw it somewhere about a week ago, but now I can’t find it to save my life. I was able to set how long I wanted it to record and other things but now it’s like that section just doesn’t exist. I don’t know what’s going on.
How do I set up an activity zone?
