Does anyone else have issues with the reliability of these cameras? Im finding that if i look back over recordings sometimes im missing minutes or more and other times playing back a video of a motion it jumps and parts are missing.
Im not having much joy with this system so far, it dosnt live up to the promises and i find myself checking constantly as i cant rely on it.

Some of this can come down to the Wi-Fi signal strength to the cameras. if the signal’s not great, you might get gaps or jumps in recordings. Another thing to check is how the storage is set up (like SD card vs HomeBase). I’ve noticed HomeBase storage can sometimes lag a bit.
If you haven’t already, maybe try rebooting the HomeBase and cameras.
Thanks for the reply, ive rebooted the home base several times. Its happening on cameras that are close to the homebase. Ive split some of the cameras onto my home wifi to try to release some bandwith but still have issues.
Then this morning the home base decided it coulsnt detect the harddrive and stopped recording for over an hour.
Eufy have the logs and said they will investigate and get back to me within 48hrs. Hopefully they can identify and resolve it
