Why are these improved map features not being made available for the S1 Pro? That was touted as your new flagship vacuum that was going to set the stage for the future of Eufy vacuums. It had a cool “Mach” branding that you have since gotten rid of for some reason. And now it’s not even getting features that older vacuums seem to be getting. Please keep treating the S1 Pro like the flagship and giving it the latest and greatest features.

The latest updates made my device defective for the scanning feature, the notification of clean water in the tank is not enough keeps appearing, it is annoying and there is no cooperation from the company!

Why does my older x10 have all the great stuff and nice looking app with alot of functions while my upgrade to a s1 pro nothing? Are you guys daft? S1 pro was more expensive and higher end device, it has really nothing and also no dutch spoken language while x10 had it. I don’t understand what takes you guys so long to do things.

Exactly, got mine a few weeks ago and it seems like it’s a downgrade of features with the app compared to lower cost models.

Love the map but it seems you cannot edit walls? The robot picked up my sofa as a wall and my map now has a wall where there isn’t one.

Thanks so much for your feedback!
If you want your X10 to return to the base for dust collection during cleaning and then finish the rest of the task, you can actually set this up in the app. Just go to the main map screen in the Clean app, tap the settings icon in the top right, then choose [Base Station Setting], turn on [Auto Empty], and set the frequency you want.
Give that a try and see if it works for you—I’d love to hear how it goes!

Also, please provide your current Clean App version (you can check this at the very bottom of the app’s sidebar under “About eufy clean”).

We’re very sorry, but the furniture models feature is not currently available for the 60 range, and there are no further app feature updates planned for this series at the moment. We totally understand your excitement for new features and really appreciate your continued support.

The eufy E28 needs a height clearance option to select how careful it is about height clearance. Our under couch is 4.5” and the vacuum won’t go under it even though it will fit.

I have done that already but 15mins is not frequent enough.

As I said, I would like the option to program a task which forces an empty mid task even when it has not been running for 15 minutes.

So for my “vacuum, deep, turbo, twice”, the ability to program an empty mid task so before it starts its second vacuum, it empties regardless of time elapsed.

Love my C20 but would like a larger fresh water reservoir. I need to refill every day but The dirty can go about 3 days. My house is all tile and wood floors.

As for the S1 Pro, because of its hardware and system design limitations, it can’t support 3D mapping through a software update right now. When we designed this model, we put extra focus on strong cleaning performance, smart features, and obstacle avoidance. Even though it doesn’t have 3D mapping, it still does a great job with efficient and accurate 2D mapping plus precise zone cleaning.

If 3D mapping is something you really want, we’d be happy to recommend some other models that support it, like the X10, E25, or E28. Feel free to pick one that fits your cleaning needs and habits!

  • The model of your robot vacuum
  • The app version you’re using
  • A screenshot of your current map
  • And if possible, mark or briefly describe the area on the map where the sofa was misidentified (you can circle it in the screenshot or just point out the spot)

I have been unable to share my X10 Pro Omni with another user in my household even though both the users are registered in same country. The service desk tried to help but it didn’t solved the problem. It sems it is a bug and hopefully Eufy solves the problem eventually.
