Agree. I came home one day this wk having set him off to do his thing while I was out. Clean not completed and no sign of him :rofl: found him stuck under a sofa tangled in a cable. :laughing:

Every time I update the app, the stored maps are lost and I have to remap.

I had exactly the same issue. I didn’t lose all the map only some rooms. Oddly when I sent him off on a regular task which included the missing rooms it completed the task and the rooms reappeared on the map. The remaining missing rooms appeared when I had to log in again on the app. Annoying though

A suggestion for this community forum layout. Please can answers from Eufy staff or others responding to a post appear immediately under the original post. There appear to be lots of responses from Eufy staff that appear later in the thread. It makes it very hard to put the response into context with the original comment/question

I have got the same problem. I think you have to rescan the whole area…

Agreed. Mine stays away from the kitchen cabinets because they overhang. There’s enough space for the eufy to go underneath them. Now it stays away 15 cm from the edges i the room where you create a lot of crumps etc. I have to manually sweep and mop all edges before a clean to get a decent result. This defeats the purpose.

In the UK we need the date format to be day/month/year. It’s confusing having it set to USA format.

I have the security camera app which combines with my E28 robovac so I switch btw the two on the same app. Am I to download the clean app separately to have all this updates mentioned for the clean? This is my question.

It would be grate if you could access the camera live when cleaning. Or use it as a mobile camera, if you are away, and cant remember if you closed at window, the you could check it with eufy.

The C10 has a small battery capacity, combined with slow charging (the product manager made a bad decision there…).
It would make it somewhat better if the robot estimated how much battery it would take to complete the current task, and then 1. complete the task if it can return with eg 5% battery reserve, 2. only recharge up to the level needed to complete the task instead of waiting to get to 30% to do the last 2 sqm which it seems to do for me regularly.

I like that my eufy robovac l35 hybrid traces in the app how many hours the filter is already used. The problem is that once every few weeks the robovac got disconnected with the wifi and after resetting the wifi the accessoires follow up in the app is resetted. So in the end it isn’t working

Does anyone else find ai see over-sensitive?
I usually have to switch it off otherwise it misses lots of areas that need cleaning.

x10 Robot are we able to have access to the camera of the robot so we can see Joe the the robot sees :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

One of my rooms has a floor standing mirror, i set and exclusion zone for it but i think the camera picks it up and extends the room beyond the mirror, into the room behind it, then the robot tries to use that other room as an entry point.

Keeps running over my dogs tail and getting him trapped. Raised a ticket, got no help or reply.

My x10 a year ago mapped really well but recently the update made it think sofas are walls and created its own little room for behind it. It also now thinks that some of the living room is the kitchen, so misses a portion when you are just trying to clean the living space.
