My cameras will not allow me to pair with homekit, do you know how to?

I had the same issue. On an IOS device, you won’t see 3 bars or 3 dots. But you will see a circle in the upper left corner with either a drawing of a head and shoulders, or maybe your profile picture. Tap that circle. But don’t tap the name of the “home” next to it. Once you tap the circle, then tap Settings > Security > Web Portal Access. Hope this helps!

It looks like Eufy has implemented an additional security measure to protect live camera feeds when accessed via the web portal. The message you’re seeing indicates that Web Portal Access must be manually enabled in the Eufy Security app before you can view your cameras online. Typically, this setting should be found under Sidebar > Control Center > Web Portal Access, but if you’re unable to locate the Sidebar, it could be due to an outdated app version, a different interface for your specific device, or a regional limitation.

Try the following steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Update the Eufy Security App – Ensure you’re using the latest version of the app from the Play Store or App Store.
  2. Check the Settings Layout – Some app versions may place Web Portal Access under Settings or Security Settings instead of the Sidebar.
  3. Restart the App – Close and reopen the app to see if the Sidebar appears.
  4. Reinstall the App – If the Sidebar is still missing, uninstall and reinstall the app to refresh its features.
  5. Contact Eufy Support – If none of the above work, Eufy’s support team can guide you based on your device model.

Just like SnapTube requires users to adjust permissions for certain downloads, Eufy’s extra security steps ensure that only authorized users can access live camera feeds. Security measures like these might seem inconvenient at first, but they help protect your privacy and data from unauthorized access.

So for IOS I was finally able to get it to work.
Swipe left to open side bar.
Go to the settings tab, click it.
Then select Security tab should be listed at the top, click it.
Find the web portal access tab, click it.
Make sure the slider for web portal access is enabled.
select the time frame you would like to view live.
click generate a safety pin.
You should now be all set

Great - thanks for the tip . It’s the same for Android.

Eufy need to pull finger out and update that message on their protal !
