What exactly is the highly praised AI.See feature capable of in the eufy robot vacuum while it’s at work?

Is the x10 pro supposed to have a headlight? No light comes on when my robot goes into a dark room to clean or when cleaning under a bed.

Open the door to the room you want mapped and let the robot through.

It keeps stuck on this chair

I have eufy L35+ hybrid
its charging base blue light is blinking and the robovac is not charging
can anyone suggest what to do to solve thenproblem?

Yes! I have the sane problem!

Pull robot out of station. Look in the back where robot rests.Pull tray out. There should be a hose for suction of dirty water. That hose needs to be connected. If not positioned right u will hear gurgling noise and not emptying tray.

My x10 omni pro avoids dirt, hair and cereal like it’s life depends on it. Constantly tangles up in cords and the roller brush gets “stuck” on lucky charms and dog food. Not impressed with this vacuum at all. I have hard wood floors and the vacuum suction power NEVER goes high. This is a terrible design. Yes, my obstacle AI see settings are on. Sadly, the reviews I find for multiple robot vacuum state the omni pro is above the rest. If that’s true the other vacuums must be absolute trash. I would not recommend this at its price point to anyone! Just writing this the omni pro has had its roller brush stuck twice. Come on Eufy, really??!!

The e25 is a joke, took 6 days and probably 12-14 attempts, it finally got all rooms mapped, and ONE, complete cleaning of all the rooms.
Yesterday the map disappeared, and it’s back to remapping the house again.
It constantly goes to sleep mid cleaning, then is totally lost when I hit resume, wanders around like a drunk racoon, hitting furniture, repeatedly banging walls over and over.
Can’t find the base when it’s 20’away , in the same room.
This thing is total JUNK!

Plus y a des mises a jour moins le robot edt performant c esg de pire en pire je vois vraiment la différence a chaque mise a jour …

I woke up this morning and was surprised Eufy is cleaning the whole house. I didn’t program it to clean, started on its own. How did this happen? I had it clean 2 rooms yesterday evening. :slightly_smiling_face:

Does anyone know why is the drip tray suddenly flooding and the robovac leaving puddles?

I agree about the ai.see. It is not like it shows in the video. The robovac will totally give my furniture legs a wide birth but loves to move my martini table around the living room. Oh and it still eats up any electrical cord in site as if it’s hunting them.

I have the same issue, i haven’t investigated it yet, but i suspect there’s an issue with a possible clogged suction tube or alignment.
