Anyone any idea why my new cleaner won’t empty dirty water. I’ve done everything on the video linked to error code 4 times now and no success. It can be heard sucking but nothing coming into dirty water container. It is brand new
I have had a new eufy for over five years I have recently this last few months purchased the X10 Pro while I find the eufy excellent for everyday vacuuming and mopping I still find it does not do corners and there is debt in the corners and debris.
I wouldn’t be without my little helper but I still think improvements can be made

I think there is a problem with your station
I suggest you remove the device and start a new program try that it may work it may not if it doesn’t I suggest your return back to the shop are your online seller if that’s where you purchased it from.
I suggest you unplug everything and start again remove the device from your phone and read set the mapping etc everything I think it could be your station if it does not work after you have removed the device and reprogrammed then I suggest you send it back to the seller or to the shop good luck

I don’t think the ai is the best as it battered the guineapigs pen and then got itself stuck in a room because it couldn’t push its way back out

This is all BS I have had to clean up after my robo vac ran through dog poop three times. If it can’t determine not to run through a pile like that your AI is not really all that intelligent. It also pushes shoes and dog food bowls around instead of going around them. I love my robot vacuum but it not as smart as efuysays it is.

We just had a dog poop incident last night as well … not fun cleaning that out of every nook and cranny of the machine, not to mention the poop smeared in the floor in wheel tracks
