Why is Euvy stopping notifications on my Samsung S24 Ultra?

I recently got the Eufy Video Doorbell E340 with chime and HomeBase 3. The problem is that my phone, Samsung S24 Ultra, stops receiving notifications from the app after a day. My wife’s phone, Samsung S22 Ultra, receives notifications just fine. I presented the issue to both Samsung and Eufy. Samsung tested my phone through the Members app, and there were no errors found. I also uploaded a log through the Eufy app, which indicated that my network is unstable. Strange, I also don’t receive notifications on KPN’s mobile network. So no notifications on WiFi and no notifications on the mobile network. Despite that, my wife receives notifications on the same WiFi.
I also reset my WiFi on my phone. Okay, then I will receive notifications for a day again, after which it stops once more. Help, I am becoming a little despondent from it.
