Anyone using c210 failed recording events after recent app update on IOS? Mine motion detection works but won’t record.

Where can I find General in the eufy app? Don’t see it in Settings ?_?

Could also be a possible wifi issue if slow of poor connection, though I don’t know why that would happen after the update, save coincidence. You might try on an Android device if you have access.

I have 4 c210 and all of them stopped recording to the HB3 after the HB3 updated firmware on April 2nd, anyone know if it’s possible to downgrade or block firmware upgrades and has anyone managed to get recordings back working?

Try this: go to setting in the failed camera, General > WiFi > check if you need to input password again. Do it to see if everything connects again

I sent a picture. Settings >wifi connection > wifi set up there you can reset connection but i think you will have to hit the sinc button and scan QR code again
