I’m away at the moment and can’t access my cameras. I have a homebase 3 when I try to open up one of the cameras I get “unable to connect to Homebase. (-3)”. Any suggestions? I’m still able to connect to other devices in the house so Internet connection is up.

Try turning off the Camera via the app and try again. This has happened to me whilst I have been at home. Must be a pain in the A** if your away from home and this happens

I suggest to people to plug their home base into a smart plug so you can remotely power cycle it off and on to reset it.
