About a week or so ago, the continuous recording stopped on my E340. The option is blocked out saying it’s because my HB3 is using wifi, however, I have another camera that’s continuous recording with no issue. I’ve done all the normal steps to include deleting and adding the camera. Eufy is having me send logs, but they’re already reviewing logs of another camera I have (seprate issue) and I realize this process takes weeks without any resolution.
Does anyone have any other ideas?
