Recently installed S380 HomeBase to existing system and connected existing 2C Pro 2k camera to base. Camera no longer showing in daily security report. When camera is reconnected to HomeBase 2 the device reappears in daily security report. Seems to be an issue with S380 HomeBase. Any ideas?
