Doorbell E340, no live view when connected to Homehub3

Hi
I have 2 S3pro cams, 1 E340 floodlight cam and 1 E340 doorbell. All of the cameras are paird to the Hub3 AND mesh wifi to utilise multibridge.

I have an issue with my E340 doorbell. If I pair it to my Homehub 3 I cannot see a live view or interact with the doorbell. If someone rings the bell the chime sounds on the doorbell AND homehub 3 but I cannot view live. The event is recorded on the homehub. If I connect the doorbell to my home wifi the doorbell is not listed on the homhub 3 for automations and recordings.

Am I doing something wrong? All my other cameras are paired to the Homehub 3 AND home wifi.

Thanks
Phil.

Hi, I didn’t know those devices can utilize multi-bridge, as far as I know the only camera that can is the eufycam E330.

Can you temporarily remove your doorbell from its mount and bring it closer to the HomeBase 3 to test if you can get live view to work?

I’ve tried with the doorbell close to the HB3.If the doorbell is linked to the HB3 I don’t see a live view. If I just connect the doorbell to my to my home wifi I see a live view but obviously I can’t use any features of the HB3 because the doorbell isn’t linked

Thanks

That’s strange? That you can’t get Live View to work with the HB3.
Double check to see if there’s a firmware update available for the doorbell cam, also the HB3.

Yeh checked already. All up to date.

When it’s linked to the HB3, are you able to adjust settings for the doorbell?
If you can try changing the video settings for streaming to medium or low to see if that makes a difference.

My E220 indoor pan and tilt now has multi bridge setup available

Hmmm
2 days ago I received a reply from support.
I asked them which devices can use Multi-Bridge and they replied with this:

Hmm strange two pictures from my E220 pan and tilt camera settings
