E220 Trying to connect to Router??

Just got a E220 Indoor and trying to get it added to my App and Router (no homebase) however I just keep getting failed to connect over and over and over..

I have an Google Pixel with the latest Os, I can Pair it with bluetooth and able to find it the old pairing way however the app WILL NOT FIND IT.

Any Ideas?? I have a Eufy Doorbell Cam, Eufy Lock and 3 S340s and they all work just fine without a Hombase, is not having home base the issue??

Are you next to the router for the initial setup ? I know you have to be within 3 feet the 1st time. I had trouble once with a camera connecting but it worked the 2nd try

Make sure your app is up to date and disable any vpn or proxy during setup. Also make sure your pixel is on the same wireless network and for good measure, turn off mobile data. Also maybe any battery saver or data saver settings…

Only thing

Only thing I have not tried is turning off mobile data and disabling battery saver… Will try those when I get home

If your router uses both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, ensure your eufy Security app connects the camera to the 2.4 GHz network during setup.

Depending on your router, you may need to disable 5ghz temporality.
