I’ve had a similar issue. I’ve now had three cameras stop working in a 10-month span.
The only common occurrence is the weather. All have died shortly after rainfall with high winds.
Luckily, Anker replaces them, but it’s a lot of work trying to navigate customer service, as well as having to uninstall and reinstall every few months.
I’ve had the solar versions for years now and have never had an issue with those.
Hello everyone! In reference to the E330 cameras, there’s something that everyone here must know.
THIS IS A BIG PROBLEM. WHEN YOU PURCHASE THESE E330 CAMERAS, ONCE OUT OF WARRANTY IF THEY DIE, THE COMPANY DOES NOT OFFER REPAIRS, SO YOU LOSE UOUR MONEY AND HAVE TO BUY THEM AGAIN.
I purchased a couple of them last year. One of them stopped working out of nowhere contacted you fee and they explained to me that they cannot repair it at all you can only buy a new one, but there’s no repairs so is something that we all have to remember when you buy one of these particular cameras if they break, you cannot get them fixed. If it’s within the year, you can get a replacement, but after the year you cannot get them fixed you can only get them replaced at your own cost. I just wanted to talk to somebody.
My e330 camera’s have started to gail too, ive got the 4 camera kit and now 2 have failed only 6 months old, no lights on them at all just completely dead. When the first one gave up a month ago i contacted eufy support but because i bought mine from what they say not an official seller of theirs (some shop on ebay) they said they couldnt accept a warranty claim even though they are only 6 months old, utter rubbish and feel realy let down by the company. Surely no matter where you buy it from if its a new still boxed item then they should warrant their warranty. I must have had over 30 mails back and forth with them with no joy.
