Anyone getting the message “another user is switching the cam” as aoon as the live is on?
I instaled it today and the doorbell is doing this.
Like many on this post, I purchased them Eufy double doorbell and Homebase 3 a couple months ago but waited for the updates to catch up. Gave in last week and installed the setup with the help of customer support. Mostly works except the Spot light pro. Anyway, was informed that now pushed to June for full support.
