This is actually a pretty common issue with HomeBase 3.
If live view still works but you get no recordings/notifications, it’s usually one of these:

Security mode changed
Check if your system is maybe on Disarmed / Home mode where recording is off.
This is one of the most common reasons. -
Motion detection settings
Even if it looks OK: -
Restart everything (important)
Temporary fixes like this often bring it back (many users report this).
- Firmware / software bug
There have been cases where:
Sometimes happens after updates and affects multiple users.
- Storage bug (even with new drive)
Even if you replaced the HDD:
This has been reported by others with S380 as well.
