My Wired 2K Pro Doorbell is behaving strangely. It worked great for about a 2 weeks. Several times in the last few days it has stopped detecting motion and/or stopped alerting and recording video. Note that the doorbell DOES continue functioning in the app. I can still open the device, and view live video. No events are triggered/recorded though.
Restarting the doorbell thru the app temporarily fixes the problem. The doorbell starts operating normally again, detecting and recording motion. However, then it fails again a day or two later.
It is running current firmware.
Please advise how to correct the problem. Thanks!
