eufy wired s330 does not detect motion in bottom camera?

I just wanted to confirm that these are known issues with the eufy doorbell wired s330:

1. Motion detection does not work for the bottom camera, only the top. This is odd because there is a setting for activity zones on the lower camera, and the settings say “dual detection”.
2. There’s no 2-3 seconds of pre-recording saved (i.e. it seems that the camera does not have a pre-recorded buffer) before the motion is detected

I’ve seen reviews that suggest that pre-recording actually works on the eufy, but not from my testing, so I’m a bit confused about that one.
