Good day… issue with Color Vison at night. The motion sets off the camera but never converts to color. Small fox and neighbors cat on right. I can not load more than one video at a time. This camera is being replaced after numerous confusing Custer service e-mails. However, it is now happening on my garage camera. Could this be caused by fridged temps?
