Hmm that doesn’t look like night vision on during the day…
Go into the camera settings and try Restart Device.

I have 9 E330 pro and have seen this before too like jd164 said try restarting the camera it usually works
Looks like night vision is on, test mode set it to Auto
Think you have night vision turned on, change it in the settings.
We’re subsequent videos in color. My cameras never switch from night vision to day vision early enough in the morning though there is plenty of light. I often manually toggle night vision off in the morning and the color and quality of the recordings is totally normal.
