Hard drive upgrade

Hi, currently have the eufy NVR Security System S4 Max. Looking to expand the hard drive, just wondering if anyone has tried to use hard drive more than 16tb and if worked?

It does not support drives larger than 16TB. It is best to use a solid-state drive (SSD) because the NVR’s cooling fan is too small, and using a mechanical hard drive will generate a lot of heat.

16TB is max. Hopefully you can find one that big if you want that. $$$$$$

Do they make 3.5 in SSD drives, I don’t seem to find any??
I suppose you could get the standard 2.5 in and use a converter/bay adapter to fit into the NVR.

I’ve seen them more expensive for the 16 TB 3.5 inch. Here is a 4 TB pretty cheap. I’ve looked for 2.5 inch for the home base 3 16TB and they are $900+
