Having issues with my beta A30
They don’t like to stay put in their charging case and often end up not getting charged, find them dead once I open the case and have to wiggle them to find the right pin position so they get charged.
Yes, they are clean and free of obstructions and the case is charged, they connect and work fine IF/ONCE I get the pins lined up.
Anyone have any suggestions/insights or should I just contact soundcore support?

Thanks so much for reaching out — we’re really sorry to hear about the charging issue with your beta Sleep A30. We’d love to help you troubleshoot this. Please try the steps below:
- Ensure that the ear tips and ear wings are properly attached and not blocking the charging pins. Insert both earbuds securely into the charging case. The indicators should light up to indicate the earbuds are connected.
- Use a dry cloth or a cotton swab with a small amount of alcohol to gently clean the charging pins inside the case and on the earbuds. This ensures a better connection.
- Use a different charging cable and wall adapter to fully charge the case. Make sure the case is charging properly.
Lastly, try resetting the earbuds:
Full charge your earbuds and reset the earbuds as per the steps below:
- Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the case open.
- Press and hold the Reset button on the back of the charging case for 10 seconds. The indicator light inside the charging case will start flashing quickly.
