HELP!!! Eufy Security App - Logo keeps cycling!!

New user for Eufy, installed my lock and now trying to install the Eufy Security app.
Sign up went ok, when logged in, it won’t show me the Add Device option but rather the Eufy Icon keeps cycling. Tried restarting the app, no cache or anything (new app install on iPhone 15 Pro, up to date iOS etc)

Please help!!

Same issue, downloaded the app (iPhone 13 pro) made an account. Now all I’m getting is a spinning wheel. Can’t click or do anything on the app. Not a great first impression that’s for sure :confused:

That cycling Eufy icon usually means the app is struggling to connect to their server or complete the initial sync.

Try the below. if all fails send an email to support

Make sure your iPhone is on a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection. If possible, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if it loads.

:white_check_mark: Force close and reopen the app

On iPhone 15 Pro, swipe up from the bottom, find the Eufy app preview, and swipe it away to close it completely. Then reopen.

Sometimes a fresh start clears odd app glitches.

Occasionally, Eufy servers experience temporary outages. You can check their status here or see if others are reporting problems on Twitter/X or Reddit.
