Hi, can anyone help the video? Shows the camera tracking the postman all the way to the gate and you can still see him moving abovethe gate but it stops tracking. I have sensitivity set to full and fast pan and tilt it does this all the time where after the gate it stops tracking surely the movement of the gate and above it would cause the camera to keep tracking, thanks.

Camera angle needs to be rotated more towards the door im assuming. U are probably hitting the max amount in that direction and camera would have to spin around the opposite way to view the door.
Hi, thank you for your reply. If I walk through the gate slowly and carry down the side, the camera Does follow me all the way. It’s definitely not maxed out on the angle.. The reason I put it on the corner so I can see people coming from the front but also tracking down the side and this is where it’s failing.
I would adjust that the recording is not sent to Auto, but you set that amount of time it should record. I believe it’s a maximum of two minutes so that the camera must follow all the way through even if it records a little longer
also ensure that your sensitivity is set to the highest level to ensure that it can follow through as a person passes through the gate
Hi, thank you for your reply. Yes the sensitivity is on maximum. The recording time is up to 60 seconds it’s really strange as if I pause after the gate slightly and then carry on walking the camera follows me to the side entrance door but most of the time it stops after the gate is opened I won’t go any further.
Hmmm… The only thing I can think of is that it’s tracking the post person and then it senses the gate swinging open and staying stationary??
Try the same scenario with the gate already open..
