Calibration and AI tracking

So far, this camera doesn’t live up to its potential. My indoor camera does a better job of tracking. First off, the pan and tilt calibration only moves to the left, down, and then returns to the front, not through a full 360 rotation. I have the settings set the way I want them, but the AI tracking fails to continue tracking if the subject walks through a blind spot within the 50ft area of advertised tracking ability. Activity zones only allow front detection, not 360, which is a fail. The 4 preset positions are set. Upon testing the tracking ability, it tracked me to a blind spot and stayed at that position. I moved through the blind spot until I crept up beside my car and popped my head up above the hood. Nothing, though my head was in view, it did not track my movement until I was in FULL view in front of the car. Next test, I came out of my front door, preset one, and walked under the camera, preset two, and it didn’t notice me at all or track me walking to my neighbor’s house, preset 3, multiple times. Next, the screen gesture control doesn’t work at all. In my opinion, the Eufy Security Camera is a failed experiment and not worth the cost.
