Hi! I have just set up my video doorbell. I get a notification to say I have an event. However, when I click it and it takes me to the event tab it says ‘failed to load video clip, pull down to refresh’ so I can’t actually watch any of my events. Had this happens to anyone or does anyone know how it can be resolved? I’ve contacted eufy and done what they suggest and still no luck. Thank you
Having the same problem with my indoor camera however I’ve not put in an SD card yet so I’m suspecting that’s my issue

We had the same problem so far it’s required me to reinstall twice in two weeks to get them. The notifications lag door, it misses motions, doesn’t seem to work at all after dark some days the chime often stopsworking at random times. Couldn’t open one day to talk to who ever was ringing the door bell as by the time it opened they had gone. Regularly tells me it cannot download… We have a mesh router and never has an issue with Ring for the lat 3 years prior only reason we changed was due to their subscription charges increasing but their customer service is excellent and no lag always quick responses. So this is going back to Costco for a refund . Not impressed at all with eufy products and the app is rubbish
In your app, go to calendar, there is a button called ‘Back to today’. Click that, 90% of the time it will show you the events.

Same problem with my indoor cam. It has a card. Sometimes it keeps the clips and sometimes whole days can’t be loaded. Is this the camera or the horrible app?
