I have just set up my eufy doorbell and it will not let me see any events. I have a micro SD card inserted and when I click on the event it just says “decrypting from local storage” and is stuck on that event. I can see this was an issue a few years ago with all the advice being to install the new app but obviously I have only recently installed the app so this shouldn’t be the problem!?
Whenever someone rings the doorbell it takes 30+ seconds to come through and by the time the camera loads up whoever it is has walked away.
We have also purchased one of the security cameras but with how many problems we are having with the doorbell it seems pointless installing it.
We have good internet and everything has been set up as per the instructions.
Has anyone had any luck resolving these problems because it is currently feeling like I have wasted a lot of money
