Hi, please can anyone help with this, my eufy doorbell has intermittently over the years made an announcement via Alexa and my Echo Dots when the doorbell is pressed. This has not worked for some months now so tonight I was determined to investigate and see if I could get it to work again.
I have found that the Alexa app has changed and I am presented with the screen in the screenshot attached, I have tried everything I know and I cannot get the sliders to move to the On or Active position.
Any ideas anyone?
