HomeBase 3 - Hard Drive Error

I just purchased a hard drive for my HomeBase 3. It is a Samsung hard drive I purchased based on a YouTube video where the person suggested it. When attempting to format, I originally kept getting the error in the picture below. Later, I tried again and it said the formatting was successful. However, I don’t think it worked, as it appears no videos have been recorded to the drive. Can anyone tell me how do you know if the formatting of the drive was successful?

I recall in a previous post, that it would take several days of recordings before you would see any recorded storage space used up shown.

If you believe it’s still not recording on the Hard Drive then, then remove it and see if you can view any recent videos with it removed.

You’ll probably have to reformat it once you put it back in the HB3.

Also in the Edge Connection there’s an option to store video to HomeBase 3. Make sure you have that set.

I checked today and it is recording.
